Navigate the complex auction landscape with our seasoned professionals. As registered dealer auction participants with a wealth of experience, we can access, assess, and acquire vehicles on your behalf, saving you time and ensuring you get the best value for your money.

Let's find your car

1: 1. Auction Schedule & Car List: Multiple auctions take place each week. We receive a list of upcoming cars for auction five days before the set auction date.

2. Vehicle Information: Two days prior to the auction, we gain access to complete vehicle information, including inspection grade, specifications, and photographs. We focus only on certain grades where cars have no mechanical or cosmetic damage.

2: 3. Inspection Videos & Starting Bids: A day before the auction, we receive a short video clip of the car engine running and the starting bids are posted.

3: 4. Deposit & Participation: To participate in the auction, a deposit of 40,000 baht is required. If a bid is won but the purchase is cancelled or full payment is not made, the deposit will be seized by the auction.

5. Auction Location & Delivery: Most auctions occur in Bangkok. Delivering the car to another province incurs a transportation fee ranging from 5,000 - 12,000 baht, depending on the destination and auction location.

6. Payment Schedule: The day of the auction, 20% of the winning total bid plus 7% VAT is due. The balance is due within 7 days of the auction. Failure to pay in time results in a daily storage charge.

7. Car Release: The car can only be released or delivered when full payment has been made.

8. Ownership Transfer: Cars are usually bank repossessions. Banks take 2 - 6 weeks to process ownership transfer documentation. If the car is paid in full, it can be delivered and used while waiting for the title book and transfer documentation.

4: 9. Fees: The auction has a flat fee of 10,000 baht per car. Standard charges a flat fee of 5,000 baht for facilitating the process and risking our registration with the auction.

10. Customer Involvement: Customers specify a car model and their budget. We monitor the auctions for matching cars and propose potential purchases. Once agreed upon, a contract is drafted and a deposit of 40,000 baht is made at one of our offices. Customers must provide the necessary ownership transfer documents at this stage.

11. Transparency & Billing: Customers receive invoices issued by the auctions, giving complete transparency about the total cost of the car. We charge a flat rate to ensure you know exactly what the car costs. Additional charges like the auction fee, transportation fee, and our facilitation fee are billed separately with 7% VAT added to all charges.

12. Delivery: Depending on the auction location, transportation can take anywhere from 5-10 days after full payment has been received.
